Consultation Policy

Required Forms:

The following forms are required prior to all scheduled consultations:

• Client Intake Form
• Family History Profile
• Acknowledgment Form

These forms will provide insight regarding the client, both paternal and maternal lines, and any other pertinent information regarding ancestry.  We need these forms during our consultation to determine which services will be needed for successful family tree research results.

Fees & Scheduling Policy:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
• Consultation fees are non-transferable, no exceptions.
• Consultation are reserved in one (1) hour increments at $50.00 per hour.
• The initial $50.00 pays for the first hour of consulting.
• We do not reserve for time less than one hour (i.e. clients cannot pay for 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 minutes, etc.)
• The $50.00 fee is due when client submits required forms through this website's Contact page.
• When consultations run past the first hour, an additional $50.00 will apply and need to be paid in order to continue the consultation (via the approved payment methods). If clients are unable to pay the fee, a future one (1) hour meeting will need to be scheduled with a $50.00 fee paid.

Attendance Policy:

• A client is considered a "No Show" fifteen (15) minutes past their appointment time. In this events, funds are non-refundable and/or non-transferrable, no exceptions.
